Fantasy Football Points Calculator

This fantasy football calculator turns common NFL counting stats into fantasy points for standard, half-PPR, and PPR scoring. Custom point values match your league. For planning and projections only — not live draft or trade advice.

Scoring

Standard uses 1 point per 25 passing yards, 4 per passing TD, −2 per interception, 1 per 10 rushing or receiving yards, 6 per rushing or receiving TD, and −2 per fumble lost. Half-PPR adds 0.5 per catch. Full PPR adds 1. Edit any point value to match your league. The math stays in your browser.

How to use

  1. Choose Standard, Half-PPR, or Full PPR. Edit any point value if your league uses different numbers. That switches the form to custom scoring.
  2. Enter passing yards, passing touchdowns, and interceptions. Leave a stat blank to count it as zero.
  3. Enter rushing yards and touchdowns, receiving yards, touchdowns, and receptions, and fumbles lost.
  4. Read the total and the breakdown for passing, rushing, receiving, and turnovers.

Formula

Fantasy points are the sum of each stat times its point value. Standard scoring uses 0.04 per passing yard (1 per 25), 4 per passing touchdown, −2 per interception, 0.1 per rushing or receiving yard (1 per 10), 6 per rushing or receiving touchdown, 0 per reception, and −2 per fumble lost. Half-PPR uses 0.5 per reception. Full PPR uses 1 per reception. Any of those values can be edited.

Example. 250 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, 1 interception, 40 rushing yards, 1 rushing touchdown, 30 receiving yards, and 3 receptions is 250 × 0.04 + 2 × 4 + 1 × −2 + 40 × 0.1 + 1 × 6 + 30 × 0.1 + 3 × 0 = 29 points in standard scoring. Half-PPR is 30.5. Full PPR is 32.

Planning only

Use expected stats to project points. This is not a live draft board, a ranking list, or trade advice. Kickers and team defense use different scoring and are not included.
