What is time and a half?

Overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. $20/hour becomes $30/hour OT.

When does overtime start?

Under federal FLSA, nonexempt employees generally earn OT after 40 hours in a workweek. Some states also require daily OT.

Does this include taxes?

No. It shows gross pay only.

Can I set double time?

Yes. Use the 2× multiplier for hours your employer treats as double time.
