Quick Tools
Markup Calculator
A pricing calculator that converts cost and markup into selling price, profit per unit, and gross margin. You can also start from a target margin or a known sell price. Markup and margin are not the same; the tool shows both. This is simple cost-plus math, not accounting or tax advice.
Frequently asked questions

Markup % = (price − cost) / cost × 100. Selling price = cost × (1 + markup/100).

Can I solve for cost?
Yes. Enter sell price and markup (or margin) to back into cost.
Does this include sales tax?
No. It prices the product itself. Tax is added at checkout.
Is this accounting advice?
